Welcome to Aviluxe Aviation. By accessing our website or booking our premium aviation detailing services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Aviluxe Aviation provides specialized aircraft detailing, paint restoration, and interior refurbishment. We reserve the right to inspect any aircraft prior to service and may decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe or beyond the agreed-upon scope.

2. Appointments, Access, and Cancellations

Scheduling: All appointments are tentative until confirmed by an Aviluxe representative.

Hangar Access: The client is responsible for coordinating hangar access, FBO permissions, and security clearances.

Cancellations: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 20% of the estimated service cost.

3. Liability and Insurance

Aviluxe Aviation is fully insured. While we utilize industry-leading products and techniques, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as oxidized paint, brittle interior plastics, or mechanical malfunctions. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion at [email protected].

4. Communication and SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Aviluxe Aviation for appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing. Message/data rates apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP."

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including:

Aircraft Data: Make, model, and tail number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

4. Data Security

Aviluxe Aviation employs encrypted storage and secure processing to protect client data. We do not store full credit card information on our servers; all payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
